Dear State Senator/Representative/Citizen of Massachusetts:
As you know, Senate Bill S 2028 dated April 6th 2009: AN ACT RELATIVE TO PANDEMIC AND DISASTER PREPARATION IN THE COMMONWEALTH was changed… OVERNIGHT. It now reads: H 4271 dated, October 7th 2009: AN ACT RELATIVE TO PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY PREPARATION AND RESPONSE IN THE COMMONWEALTH….AND passed in less than 24 hours by a majority of who I consider to be uniformed representatives who did not fully consider the implications of passing such a bill.
Please help me to put an injunction on this bill for further discovery. I am an advocate for “free and informed choice” and transparency in our government!
I am informing State Senators/Representatives/Citizens like yourself of:
the public hazard of immunizations/vaccinations.
the irresponsible release of liability for any injuries, damages or deaths caused by administering immunizations/vaccinations.
Particularly concerning is Section 19 which releases all liability for any damages caused by administering any “good faith acts”, even when these acts are dangerous. As a side note: This clause was properly amended at 1:44:18 pm on Oct. 8th and then withdrawn later. Why? It reads: “…a health care provider, ……shall not be liable in a suit for damages or subject to administering or licensing sanctions as a result of good-faith acts or omissions while engaged in the performance of duties as a volunteer participating in a preparedness program sanctions by a state agency…”
We do not need healthcare providers unconstitutionally imposing on the public the will of the government and unwittingly causing harm without any recourse.
The public and many Senators and Representatives seem to be convinced by the media that there is NO RISK to these vaccinations. Many of us know differently. See the attachments for well-informed opinions regarding the hazards of vaccinations/immunizations.
Makes my blood chill just thinking about a health care provider/volunteer who thinks they are being helpful when they are actually injecting poisons! Citizens need to be responsible for all their actions….Emergency or not!
I request that you STOP this bill from going forward with a statement to your “in committee colleagues” that a “time for study” or discovery is necessary.
Ultimately, I propose rescinding the bill(s) (2028 or H4271) altogether.

In my opinion, our very costly current epidemic of learning disabilities
are connected to childhood vaccinations programs. Reports of the connection between vaccinations and neurological damage resulting in varying degrees of learning disabilities have appeared for many years.

This increase includes not only the number of children vaccinated but the numbers of vaccines they receive. Paralleling this increase in neurological damage is the increase in “activity-limiting chronic conditions” such as childhood respiratory diseases and ear and eye disease.
A CASE IN POINT: When Congress passed the Immunization Assistance Act in 1965, more and more states, during the next few years, extended their vaccination programs and made them mandatory. Four or five years later physicians encountered “ a whole new group of neurologically defective 4-5 year old. A 1986 National Health Interview Survey found that between 1969 and 1981 “activity-limiting chronic conditions” in person younger than 17 increased by an inexplicable 44 percent,…almost all the increase occurred between 1969 and 1975!” Most of these conditions can readily be associated with post-encephalitic syndrome. Childhood respiratory diseases increased 47 percent, childhood asthma increased 65 percent, deaths from asthma in children increased aged 5 and older also increased; “mental and nervous disorders” increased 80 percent; non-psychotic personality and mental disorders such as behavioral disorders, hyperactivity, and drug abuse went up 300 percent; and disease of the eyes and ears went up 120 percent.
Poverty was not a major cause because the increase was virtually identical in both high- and low-income families, nor were conditions not associated with vaccine damage such as injuries, genitourinary disorder, infectious or parasitic diseases, informalities, and diseases of the circulatory system. These remained stationary during this time and actually declined.”

One Flaw of Administering Immunizations for the Upcoming Swine Flu Pandemic
NEWTON, Massachusetts, October 6, 2009: The one flaw is our approach. The Medical-Pharmaceutical industry has been promoting immunizations since the time of Louis Pasteur, a chemist from about 130 years ago who taught the “germ theory of disease” and approaching the flu on the assumption that diseases are caused by microorganisms outside the cell or the body. The possibilities for commercial exploitation are endless.” As exemplified in Massachusetts Senate Bill---S 2028 and House Bill H4271.
Let us consider a better approach, a more holistic view, namely that of chemist, physician, naturalist and biologist Professor Pierre Jacque Antoine Bechamp, who, also about 130 years ago, taught the “cellular theory of disease”. Bechamp taught that disease arises from microorganisms within the cells of the body. These intracellular microorganisms normally function to build tissue and assist in the metabolic processes of the body. They become pathogenic (disease-producing) bacteria as the health of the host organism deteriorates, hence becoming nature’s clean-up crew. In other words, bacteria reflect the conditions in which they find themselves rather than create those conditions. It is the deteriorated condition of the host organism therefore that is the primary causal agent of disease.
Since disease develops due to unhealthy conditions, it follows that to prevent disease we have to create health. To create health, we must change and optimize our body chemistry. We must eat biologically correct foods.
It is well known by those well-versed in natural therapies that if the body were maintained in an alkaline condition, this would “immunize” a person against infectious diseases. “Using alkaline-forming foods in one’s diet is what keeps the body alkaline and is the means of preventing disease”, says David Snieckus of EVERYDAY HEALTH.
This can be accomplished by learning how to select, prepare and eat food fit for human health. Antoine Bechamp, from whose research Pasteur plagiarized whatever he thought was useful, came up with an interesting point of view that has never been refuted. Bechamp discovered tiny organisms he called "microzymas" which are present in all things - animal, vegetable, and mineral, whether living or dead. Depending upon the condition of the host, these microzymas could assume various forms. Bad bacteria and viruses were simply the forms assumed by the microzymas when there was a condition of disease. In a diseased body, the microzymas became pathological bacteria and viruses. In a healthy body, microzymas formed healthy cells. When a plant or animal died, the microzymas lived on. Vaccine revolt! Swine flu vaccine support crumbles as flimsy rationale for H1N1 shots becomes apparent

Why the swine flu vaccine doesn't add up

Reason #1) The H1N1 swine flu pandemic is dangerous and deadly!
Why it's flimsy: While the infection rate of H1N1 is currently high, the fatality rate is remarkably low. In fact, it's no higher than a normal, seasonal flu.
Reason #2) The vaccine protects you from the virus!
Why it's flimsy: There is absolutely no scientific evidence demonstrating that the swine flu vaccine offers real-world protection against the circulating H1N1 virus. While there is evidence showing that it produces antibodies, as people who have studied vaccine effectiveness already know, the mere existence of vaccine-induced antibodies doesn't directly translate into functional, real-world immunity! Vaccines are often, in effect, fabricated immunity that often don't provide practical immune defense in the real world.
Reason #3) The vaccine is perfectly safe, even for kids!
Why it's flimsy: This reason is truly laughable. None of these vaccines have been properly safety tested by the FDA or the drug companies. They were approved by the FDA with a waiver, utterly bypassing the normal process of long-term safety testing that the public expects the FDA to enforce. Reason #4) There's nothing else you can do to protect yourself from the swine flu (therefore you must take the vaccine shot).
Why it's flimsy: This reason is an outright lie. In order to sell more vaccines, the pharmaceutical industry (and all its bureaucratic cohorts at the CDC and WHO) are intentionally keeping people ignorant of far safer and more effective options such as vitamin D and anti-viral herbal remedies.
Reason #5) If you don't take the vaccine shot, you're being unethical by placing the shot burden on everyone else without taking it yourself.
Why it's flimsy: Hilarious! This is marketing by guilt -- trying to arm-twist people into the vaccine shot by making them feel guilty if they don't. The truth is that you're being unethical if you DO get the shot because you're financially supporting a dangerous and highly deceptive vaccine industry that's causing tremendous harm to children, expectant mothers and other innocent vaccination victims.
Hoping to improve your health by handing money to the pharmaceutical industry through the purchase of vaccines is sort of like hoping to create world peace by writing a check to weapons manufacturers.
No good reason to get the vaccine
Is there any good reason to get the swine flu vaccine? Not based on the current situation, no. Unless you have a strong desire to play Russian Roulette with your health, of course.
Of course, if things dramatically change, there could be increasingly strong reasons for considering a vaccine. If the H1N1 virus mutates into a virus with a very high fatality rate, things might be different. If the vaccine were proven safe with adequate long-term testing, that would be something working in its favor. If the vaccines were scientifically shown to actually protect you from the virus, then that would be different, too.
But to date, none of these things are verifiably true! The vaccines haven't been properly tested at all. There's no honest evidence demonstrating that they protect you from the swine flu. And the flu has such a low fatality rate, why does a vaccine matter in the first place?
Keep in mind that over 2,000 people die each year from taking aspirin. Over 100,000 Americans are killed each year from taking doctor-prescribed, FDA-approved prescription drugs. If the people at the CDC are looking for a pandemic, they should be focusing on the pandemic of disease mongering and pharmaceutical pushing that's taking place across the world right now in the context of the swine flu pandemic.
There is a real pandemic afoot, though... a pandemic of B.S. running rampant across America and the UK. It's an infectious form of pharmaceutical quackery that spreads from one person to another at the speed of propaganda. Symptoms of infection include a loss of rational thinking, swine flu hysteria and an irrational belief in symbols of authority.
What we really need in America is a vaccine that protects consumers' brains from infectious pharmaceutical quackery. Then again, if we actually injected people with that, the whole drug industry would collapse overnight. That's because Big Pharma runs on propaganda. And the propaganda we're seeing with this swine flu vaccine push is so thick with unjustifiable speculation that it probably deserves a Nobel Peace Prize or something.
